Order Preparation
Provided the product you are interested in is in stock, it takes 1–2 working days to prepare and dispatch your order (Monday to Friday – excluding weekends and public holidays). During periods of high demand or staff shortages (Christmas and Easter holidays, summer holiday period), there may be some minor delays. Orders placed by 14:00 are dispatched by our company on the same day.
Delivery of your order
Deliveries of products from our online shop are handled by the courier company SPEEDEX COURIER throughout Greece.
The standard delivery charge is €3.40 for orders weighing up to 2 kg.
For deliveries weighing more than 2 kg, there is an additional charge of €1.36 for each extra kilo.
Delivery takes 2 days for mainland Greece and 4 days for Epirus, the Peloponnese and the Greek islands.
Products are shipped within Greece only.
The delivery charges listed above are final and include VAT.
